1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, "we," "us," "our," and "XelviroInn" refer to XelviroInn Casino and Hotel Resort, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies. "You" and "your" refer to the guest, visitor, or user of our casino hotels and facilities. "Property" refers to all physical locations, including casino and hotel resort areas, owned or operated by XelviroInn.

2. Reservation and Check-In Policies

2.1 Age Requirement

All guests checking into our casino hotels must be at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

2.2 Reservation Guarantees

All reservations at our casino and hotel resort must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Certain blackout dates and special events may require non-refundable deposits.

2.3 Check-In and Check-Out Times

Standard check-in time at our casino hotels is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1 Deposit and Payment

XelviroInn casino and hotel resort requires a valid credit card upon check-in for room charges and incidentals. A hold will be placed on your credit card in accordance with our current policy.

3.2 Rates and Taxes

All rates at our casino hotels are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Resort fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay plus tax. Specific packages, group rates, and special event periods may have different cancellation policies.

4. Casino Operations

4.1 Age Restrictions

All persons entering the casino floor must be at least 21 years of age. Valid photo identification is required and may be checked at any time while on the premises of our casino and hotel resort.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

XelviroInn promotes responsible gaming in our casino hotels. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or exhibiting signs of problem gambling behavior.

4.3 Loyalty Program

Participation in the XelviroInn Rewards Program is subject to separate terms and conditions available at our casino and hotel resort player services desk.

5. Conduct and House Rules

5.1 Code of Conduct

XelviroInn reserves the right to refuse service or access to our casino hotels to any person engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. Violence, harassment, or threatening conduct toward staff or other guests is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to casino and hotel resort property by themselves or their visitors. Charges for damage will be billed to the guest's account.

5.3 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas within our casino hotels. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

6. Privacy and Surveillance

XelviroInn employs video surveillance throughout our casino and hotel resort for security purposes. By entering our property, you consent to being recorded. We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Personal Property

XelviroInn is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property in guest rooms or public areas of our casino hotels. Safe deposit boxes are available for guest use.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, XelviroInn's liability for any claim arising from your stay at our casino and hotel resort is limited to the total amount paid for your reservation.

8. Modifications to Terms

XelviroInn reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and at the front desk of our casino hotels. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your stay at our casino and hotel resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County, Nevada.
